This is a great-tasting, super-healthy version of the "Pina Colada." A great morning start or treat at any time! Raw Protein Pina Colada Smoothie!! In High-speed Blender, add: Fresh or frozen organic pineapple 2 TBSP raw coconut oil 1 serving raw protein powder 1 tsp vanilla powder 2 medjool dates fresh coconut meat or coconut milk 1 heirloom banana spear Ice Water to desired creaminess Blend and pour! Here is how to make Raw Tacos! In a Food Processor, add: 1 C Sunflower seeds fresh cilantro juice from one lemon 1 clove garlic Chile Powder to taste SMALL piece of jalepeno to desired hotness cumin powder to taste Water to desired consistency PROCESS, and put mixture on top of salad or wrap in collard green leaves or romaine lettuce! Add herbed peruvian olives & hemp seeds on top for amazing flavor and nutrition! Having a nutritious breakfast has many important benefits. Mainly it provides the nutrition for your body to work at its highest level for you throughout the rest of your day. Its like putting a full tank of gas in your car before going on a long road trip. When I was a kid, my main breakfasts were french toast and pancakes :) Now don't get me wrong, I enjoyed them greatly when I was having them, but now I know that having that for breakfast a lot into adulthood would not serve me well.
