This is a great-tasting, super-healthy version of the "Pina Colada." A great morning start or treat at any time!

Raw Protein Pina Colada Smoothie!!
In High-speed Blender, add:
Fresh or frozen organic pineapple
2 TBSP raw coconut oil
1 serving raw protein powder
1 tsp vanilla powder
2 medjool dates
fresh coconut meat or coconut milk

1 heirloom banana spear
Ice
Water to desired creaminess

Blend and pour!

 
 
Here is how to make Raw Tacos!
In a Food Processor, add:
1 C Sunflower seeds
fresh cilantro
juice from one lemon
1 clove garlic
Chile Powder to taste
SMALL piece of jalepeno to desired hotness
cumin powder to taste
Water to desired consistency
PROCESS, and put mixture on top of salad or wrap in collard green leaves or romaine lettuce! Add herbed peruvian olives & hemp seeds on top for amazing flavor and nutrition! 

 
 
Having a nutritious breakfast has many important benefits. Mainly it provides the nutrition for your body to work at its highest level for you throughout the rest of your day. Its like putting a full tank of gas in your car before going on a long road trip. 

When I was a kid, my main breakfasts were french toast and pancakes :) Now don't get me wrong, I enjoyed them greatly when I was having them, but now I know that having that for breakfast a lot into adulthood would not serve me well. I am so grateful Pia and I found a truly healthy and vibrant way to eat! And it is important to see a healthy diet in its proper perspective - a healthy diet is not something to obsess about for its own sake - it is supposed to help you loosen up your mind to see your full potential and to GO FOR IT! With that said, here are 3 awesome superfood breakfast recipes! Enjoy :)

1) Super-Energy Protein Smoothie
Full serving of Raw Protein powder of choice
1 TBSP Raw Organic Maca powder
15-20 Chlorella/Spirulina combo tabs
Raw wildcrafted vanilla powder (to taste)
1 TBSP crunchy organic peanut butter
Almond Milk/Water to desired creaminess

Ice cubes

2) Superberry Chia pudding
Mix 1/2 C White Chia seeds in blender with:
Water to desired consistency (start small)
Cinnamon to taste (a pinch)
Raw wildcrafted vanilla powder (to taste) 
Pour blended contents in cereal bowl, add:
Raw wildcrafted goji berries
Raw organic mulberries

3Organic Strawberry Banana Smoothie
In your blender, add:
Organic fresh or frozen strawberries
Almond milk to desired creaminess
Ice cubes
6 Heirloom Banana Spears
1 TBSP raw organic coconut oil
BLEND and enjoy!
